Gracen Moreno

Gracen Moreno practices complex commercial, employment, and IP litigation, with an emphasis on business disputes. She has experience across a broad range of matters, particularly advocating for business owners, creatives, and inventors on issues involving IP rights, trade secrets protections, and departing employee issues. A seasoned trial associate, Gracen is comfortable taking cases to trial and thoughtful in developing advocacy strategy at every stage of litigation. Already having tried several federal and state jury and nonjury trials, she brings a level of trial experience that’s rare for a young lawyer, paired with a focus on serving each client through intelligent, efficient advocacy. Her common-sense, pragmatic approach helps clients  make informed business decisions.

Gracen earned her undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University and her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law, where she served as a judicial intern for Judge Amos Mazzant, III of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
