Dallas Flick

Dallas Flick has extensive commercial litigation experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex business disputes. He has represented individuals and businesses in state and federal courts across the nation in lawsuits involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of non-compete and non-solicitation clauses, fraud, intellectual property and trade secrets, retaliation, and adversary bankruptcy matters. He has successfully briefed and argued dispositive motions, deposed key fact and expert witnesses, and tried and won bench and jury trials in Texas, and has briefed appeals to state and federal appellate courts, including the Fifth Circuit and Federal Courts of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Texas. 

Dallas attended SMU Dedman School of Law, where he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Sidney A. Fitzwater of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He competed regularly in regional and national moot court competitions, winning both speaking and best brief accolades. Dallas joined Crawford, Wishnew & Lang PLLC after working for two prominent commercial litigation boutique firms in Dallas.
