Dallas Flick has extensive commercial litigation experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex business disputes. Dallas has represented individuals and businesses in state and federal courts across the nation in lawsuits involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of non-compete and non-solicitation clauses, fraud, intellectual property and trade secrets, retaliation and adversary bankruptcy matters. He has successfully briefed and argued dispositive motions, deposed key fact and expert witnesses, and tried and won bench and jury trials in Texas. He has also briefed appeals to state and federal appellate courts, including the Fifth and Federal Courts of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Texas.
Dallas has been named on Thomson Reuters’ list of “Rising Stars” attorneys since 2021, and named as “One to Watch” by Best Lawyers Magazine in the area of appellate practice and intellectual property litigation. Dallas is also heavily involved with the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers as a member of the 2023 DAYL Leadership Class and as a co-chair of the DAYL Wellness Committee.
Dallas attended SMU Dedman School of Law, where he served as chief counsel for the SMU Civil and Consumer Advocacy Clinic. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Sidney A. Fitzwater of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Dallas competed regularly in regional and national moot court competitions, winning both speaking and best brief accolades, and was inducted into the National Order of the Barristers. He joined Crawford, Wishnew & Lang PLLC after working for two prominent commercial litigation boutique firms in Dallas.
